The Lehn Design Collaborative is dedicated to the realization of enlightened designs.  We believe design is a patient search without preconception to understand client, site, program, budget, legal requirements, ecological imperatives, appropriate technologies, and aesthetic opportunities so that a balanced integration of the project's many elements can emerge to manifest itself with an economy of means, an inspiring presence, and an elegant sense of inevitability.

Our projects have ranged in scope from a simple light fixture to satellite communities of diverse uses; from affordable, multi-family housing and modest residential improvements to luxurious estates. We offer comprehensive architectural, planning, interior, landscape, and graphic design services to attain a more holistic integration of each project’s parts.

We’ve designed some of the nation's earliest examples of sustainable architecture and mixed use communities and we are eager to build upon our past experiences by helping to realize new and more effective ways to improve the design of our shared environment while minimizing our projects' initial construction and long term maintenance costs.
